ARASES successfully designed and deployed a 50 kW commercial solar power system for Caprilon Polymers, focused on delivering measurable financial savings and improved energy efficiency. The solution was carefully engineered based on the facility’s consumption behavior, ensuring optimal utilization of solar generation during peak operational hours.
The system delivers estimated annual electricity savings of approximately ₹7.4 lakhs, significantly reducing dependence on conventional grid power and mitigating the impact of rising electricity tariffs. With a projected return on investment (ROI) of just 2.2 years, the project highlights the strong economic advantages of solar adoption for commercial operations.
Over the system’s operational lifetime, the total projected savings are expected to reach nearly ₹3 crores, transforming energy infrastructure into a long-term financial asset. In addition to cost benefits, the installation contributes to sustainability goals by lowering carbon emissions and enhancing overall energy reliability.
The project execution involved comprehensive site assessment, load analysis, precision system design, selection of high-efficiency components, structural planning, professional installation, and performance optimization — ensuring a dependable, high-performance solar solution tailored to commercial energy demands.
