    Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
    • 1 to 2 years of on-site experience in the solar industry, with a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
    • Proficiency in solar design software, including Helioscope, PVsyst, PVsol, VirtoCAD, AutoCAD and Arka360.
    • Proven experience working on solar projects, demonstrating knowledge of industry norms and government standards in solar designs.
    • Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to manage solar projects effectively.
    • Willingness to work on-site and showcase hands-on experience on solar sites.
    Responsibilities:
    • To Conduct Pre-Execution meetings to understand scope of work, man power planning, resources planning & project feasibility.
    • To prepare detailed engineering documents including SLD, Layouts, BOM, Technical Specification using solar industry software.
    • Responsible for fulfilment of compliances and statutory norms as per the government regulations.
    • To prepare project schedule and get it approved from Directors.
    • Prepare work breakdown structure of all the activities of site/sites.
    • To manage overall execution and project management of Solar PV projects in Roof-Top & Ground Mounted segment.
    • Verify plans, drawings, and calculations for accuracy & if non-conformance occurs they have to raise to concerned department.
    • Ensuring on-time completion of Projects – Co-ordination with various stakeholders (Both internal and external) for on-time delivery of Projects.

    Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. Additional technical training or certification in electrical or renewable energy fields preferred.
    • Proven experience in solar system installation, maintenance, or related field; familiarity with photovoltaic systems, construction drawings and components.
    • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex on-site issues independently.
    • Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuitry and protection, with experience working with LV DC and LV AC power systems.
    • Ability to work at heights and in demanding on-site climate conditions, with a commitment to safety protocols and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
    • Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record; willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
    Responsibilities:
    • Install, maintain, and repair solar energy systems, including panels, inverters, mounting hardware and others, in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
    • Conduct site assessments and assist with system design and layout to optimize energy production and efficiency.
    • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and structural components, and implement timely solutions.
    • Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of installations and service calls.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including system specifications, installation records, and maintenance logs.
